Domain Name FAQ

Please read through some our most asked questions. If you have any questions that are not here, get in touch, we'd be happy to help.

I want to register a domain name now, what do I go?
To register a Domain Name, first you have to search for one to see if it is available to register. We currently do not offer online domain name registration services, but you can send us an e-mail and we will make the necessary checks and register the domain name for you.

How much do Domain Names cost?
That depends on the number of years you register the domain for. Domains can be registered for anywhere between 1 to 5 years. On average, one year costs us$35 and filve years costs us$120

How much does Web and Email Forwarding cost?
NOTHING!. That's right, we do not charge any extra fees or hidden charges like the competition does. The price you see is the price you pay.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by bank draft, managers cheque, company cheque or cash.

What happens to my domain name after the initial registration period?
Prior to the expiry of your registration period you will be sent a renewal invoice which will give you information on how to renew your Domain Name. You do not have to worry about "losing" your domain name, providing you pay the relevant renewal charges (current registration prices) your domain will be yours for as long as you require.

Are there any restrictions when registering a Domain Name?
Yes, the following rules apply to all domain names :

Domain names must be between 3 and 63 characters in length. Please note although 2 letter domains show up on the whois as being available, they cannot be registered due to Nominets Domain Structure. They can only contain the characters abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0123456789 and you can seperate words with a hyphen "-". No spaces are allowed at any point and you cannot start or end a domain with a "-".
